Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries promptly via email, chat, or support tickets.
  • Resolve customer issues and escalate complex problems as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in databases.
  • Assist with order processing and account updates.
  • Collaborate with team members using remote tools (Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace).
