Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–6:00 PM ET


Key Responsibilities

  • Technical Support: Provide first-line support for laboratory information systems (LIS), test ordering platforms, and result reporting systems.

  • Issue Resolution: Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues related to laboratory technology.

  • System Access Assistance: Assist healthcare providers and laboratory clients with account access, password resets, and system navigation.

  • Documentation: Accurately document all support interactions in the ticketing system with detailed notes and resolution steps.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with laboratory teams to resolve technical and logistical challenges.

  • Training: Provide training and support to new users on laboratory systems and technologies.


Requirements

  • Education: High school diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field preferred.

  • Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in IT support or technical support roles.

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software issues; familiarity with laboratory information systems is a plus.

  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
