Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert customer support via email, chat, and online ticketing systems
- Assist healthcare providers with complex laboratory test ordering and coordination
- Handle escalated patient inquiries regarding test results, billing, and insurance
- Process insurance authorizations and resolve coverage issues
- Coordinate with laboratory teams to resolve technical and logistical challenges
- Maintain detailed case documentation in customer relationship management systems
- Train and mentor junior customer support team members
Requirements
- High school diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum 2-3 years customer service, healthcare, or technical support experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to handle complex situations
- Experience with CRM systems, ticketing platforms, and healthcare software
- Self-motivated with proven ability to work independently in remote environment
- No laboratory experience required - comprehensive training in laboratory operations and medical procedures provided!
Remote Work Requirements
